My client is a Recruitment company looking to expand their recruitment team, credible specialists in the provision of Digital, Data and Life Sciences recruitment services. This recruitment company is looking for confidence, a drive to work and the ability to practice the skills to build long-lasting relationships between consultants and their clients.

Job Role;

Starting off as a Trainee Consultant, you will transition into either a full-time recruitment consultant or delivery consultant.

Those with strong B2B sales experience will be fast-tracked into Consultant roles.

Salary/Perks;

A Basic Salary of £20k will rise to £22.5k after probation and with a £34k OTE.

Top earners earn in excess of £100k p/a.

What you’ll need;

·For this job, you will need at least a 2:1 from a Top 50 UK University

·Ideally some sales experience in a pro-active, ideally outbound environment

·Pro-active & Self-Motivated personality evidenced by work history and/or extracurricular pursuits

·Key Characteristics: Entrepreneurial Flair, Tenacity & Resilience, Competitive Drive, Good Listening, Curiosity & Perceptiveness, Adaptivity
