MPL Search was setup by Director, David Stephens, who has a family background in Law, a Father who has been in practice for over 40 years, he also did a Vacation Scheme at a top Law Firm and has always found Law an area of interest.

”Having moved into Recruitment in 2004 I began to build relationships with lots of Recruiters across various sectors, but the area which I felt I personally had the biggest affinity with was Legal Recruitment, so ever since, it’s been an area of focus.

MPL Search is specifically set-up so that I can focus on my core clients, better understand them, build stronger relationships, be the recruiter of choice and provide an honest, informed and expert service.

I work with all sizes of Legal Recruiters, I’m as excited to hear about a new start-up as I am to work with a market leader.
