LAW GRADUATE (Headhunting / Legal Search / Recruitment, London)

Do you have, or are you close to completing an LLB, GDL, LPC, recently finished, have Legal work experience/vacation schemes/Paralegal experience at top firms and interested in Legal Recruitment and headhunting?

You have a valuable Law or Legal qualification that could lead you down a path that you may not have considered, in Legal Headhunting and Recruitment.

MPL Search are working with a number of London’s leading Legal Recruitment firms looking for Graduates to join on their Graduate schemes and trainee roles.

These roles will pay a salary of £24,000 to £26,000 with on top earnings bringing you up to £35,000 - £45,000 in your first year, in excess of £100k in years 3-4.

Working with Paralegal, NQ, Associate and Legal Partner candidates you will be introduced to global UK and US Law firms looking to hire at all levels as well as large blue-chip corporates looking for Legal counsel, General counsel and Legal advisor’s for their In-House teams.

These trainee positions will give you training, support and time for you to develop your skills as a candidate resourcer, researcher and headhunter. The training will include onsite training from your direct Manager, the Partners of the business and also external professional Recruitment trainers. You’ll be given exposure to clients from day one and taken to meetings and client briefings.

Within 12 months you will qualify as a full consultant and you’ll start working with top Law firms and companies as you start to build your own relationships.

You will need to be a dynamic, go-getting individual with hunger and strong drive to succeed in what is a competitive culture.
